What could be better than mozzarella sticks? These LOW CARB and GLUTEN FREE Un-Mozzarella Sticks are super easy to make and use only one ingredient!

Just pick up a package of Grillin Cheese or Queso de Freir from Tropical, cut into sticks (or nuggets if you prefer) and fry in 350 degree oil for about 5 minutes. If you don’t have a deep fryer, you can pick one up on Amazon (link below) or use dutch oven or cast iron pan with a thermometer.

They’re tastier and healthier than breaded mozzarella sticks and more accessible than your local Applebee’s!
